Get to know Andrea "Drea" Vidaure
Andrea “Drea” Vidaure is the Customer Success Manager who works to help create successful relationships with our Success team and customers.
Early in her career at RealWork Labs, Drea started as a Customer Success specialist. She has moved up to manager, been awarded the Moxie award as one of Built In’s 2022 Moxie Award Winners for her outstanding contributions in tech this past year, and succeeded in helping bring our Success team success in developing relationships and preventing churn.
Outside of work, Drea enjoys spending quality time with her cherished family and friends, crafting culinary creations, and hiking trails with her two pups.
Most importantly, Drea finds passion and motivation through her beloved wife and the team here at RealWork Labs, which drives her to cultivate a friendly and supportive work environment.
What are some of the key milestones or accomplishments in your career that you are particularly proud of?
“I am truly proud of my journey, transitioning from the service industry to landing my first job in the corporate tech world. It was a monumental shift that opened up a world of exciting opportunities I never thought possible. Along the way, I discovered hidden skills and talents that were waiting to be unleashed!
However, the pinnacle of my journey thus far has been the incredible promotion to Customer Success Manager. It’s an absolute thrill to lead and inspire my team, working together to cultivate a supportive and highly successful work environment.
This promotion serves as a resounding testament to the rewards of hard work and unwavering belief in myself. The satisfaction of knowing that my dedication and efforts have been acknowledged is genuinely gratifying.”
What are some of the skills or qualities that you believe have been instrumental in your success?
“My unwavering flexibility and innate ability to adapt have proven invaluable assets in my personal growth and ongoing success. Embracing change and embracing diverse perspectives have been instrumental in my journey, allowing me to navigate challenges with finesse and seize opportunities with confidence. With an adventurous and open-minded approach to life, I have expanded my skill set and uncovered a treasure trove of thrilling possibilities. Furthermore, my natural empathy has played a pivotal role in fostering a harmonious and nurturing work environment where growth is encouraged at every turn.”
What’s been your journey at RealWork Labs?
“I embarked on an incredible journey with RealWork Labs in August 2021, initially joining as a passionate and driven Customer Success Representative. Day in and day out, I embraced the challenges that came my way, fearlessly navigating through changes and overcoming obstacles. Gradually, my dedication and perseverance led me to ascend to the role of Team Lead, where I not only provided guidance but also nurtured my leadership skills.
Over time, my commitment bore fruit, propelling me to the pinnacle of success as I earned the position of Customer Success Manager. This remarkable achievement serves as a testament to the power of determination and the constant belief that if you set your mind to something, you can undoubtedly achieve it. Reflecting on the rewarding journey, I am filled with pride for the remarkable distance I have traveled.”
Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies, interests, or activities that bring you joy and help you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
“When I’m not working, I prioritize spending quality time with my cherished family and friends. This aspect of my life holds immense significance as it allows me to unwind and recharge my spirit. My wife and I find great joy in catching movies together, embarking on exhilarating hikes with our beloved dogs, and venturing into uncharted trails. Moreover, I have a deep passion for cooking and delving into the realm of new flavors and culinary experiences. The kitchen serves as my creative haven, where I experiment with diverse recipes. Lastly, I find tremendous inspiration in traveling, as it broadens my horizons and sparks my imagination.”
What motivates you in your work and keeps you passionate about what you do?
“First and foremost, my wife and family serve as my ultimate source of motivation. Their support and belief in me constantly inspire me to strive for the best version of myself, both personally and professionally.
I am incredibly fortunate to work for a company I wholeheartedly believe in. This belief fuels my enthusiasm and passion, making it a joy to come to work every single day. Assisting our customers in achieving their goals and witnessing their businesses flourish brings me a profound sense of fulfillment and keeps me grounded in my purpose.
Being there for my team, offering guidance, and providing unwavering support is something I genuinely cherish. Witnessing the success of my team members, helping them build confidence, and witnessing their skill development is nothing short of amazing. Their growth and achievements serve as personal victories for me, igniting my passion for what I do and propelling me to cultivate a friendly and supportive work environment. It is genuinely rewarding to know that we are all united in our pursuit of delivering exceptional service and working harmoniously towards a shared goal.”
