The Role:

RealWork Labs is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and assist in full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions in design, software engineering, data science, product, marketing, accounting, sales and success and c-level management roles.  The Senior Recruiter will be a key partner with hiring managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage and hire the best talent in the highly competitive Austin market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through offer (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers)
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
  • Clear communication (written, verbal, meetings) with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
  • Work closely with HR/HR Business partner teams to offer and onboard new hires and coordinate start dates with the various departments  
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide weekly reporting and status updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and lead sources to upper management as necessary
  • Operate with limited supervision and juggle multiple open positions at RealWork Labs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers)
  • Experience executing full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, for highly competitive corporate positions (design, software engineering, data science, product, marketing, legal, etc)
  • Knowledge with systems and tools that support sourcing, application tracking systems, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration
  • Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
  • Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high quality hires for the company
