As such, we need a humble, driven, emotionally intelligent Sales Manager to close deals and inspire the team to drive revenue both on and off the phone. Why are we hiring externally rather than promoting? Because our AEs make too much money as it is and love selling the product. We invest in the best in class sales tools, leads and data, SDRs, and a product that has never been done before.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Here’s what Coaching means:

  • Train new AEs on sales processes/ scripting
  • Live call coach deals with AEs to close deals
  • Call breakdowns of demos ran 
  • Unpack and address AE sales funnel from setting demos, to holding demos, and closing them- full life cycle
  • Weekly training sessions

Here’s what Manage means:

  • Run team meetings 
  • Inspire and break bread with the team
  • Fluidly adapt management style from from a new rep, to a 10 year veteran 
  • Team outings
  • Create & Administer contests
  • 1 on 1 sessions to gameplan improvement

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Emotional Intelligence- You know yourself and your shortcomings and can display that
  • Optics- Understand how others view your actions
  • Humility
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in transactional sales (1 call close)
  • In-Person in Austin, TX 
  • Demonstrative experience in Sales or related Leadership
  • Salesforce Experience

Bonus Points:

  • Previous sales management experience
  • President’s Club or equivalent awards
  • Expertise selling into Blue Collar industries
  • Expertise in running multi-touch sequences (Linkedin, email, cold call)
