We democratize content marketing by enabling service provider teams to easily capture video testimonials, check-ins, reviews, and real photos from job sites. Our products have been shown to help our customers develop real equity in their online presence, replacing expensive solutions from traditional SEO services and lead companies.

RealWork Labs is a scorching hot opportunity, and we mean it. We work with Home Service Businesses (HVAC, Roofers, etc) and our sales growth as a startup is borderline unprecedented, so we need a humble, driven, and emotionally intelligent Content Director to help drive revenue through working closely with our sales and product teams. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is tasked with helping to define our brand through a hands-on approach as the department scales. Although this is a creative and writing-intensive role, we are looking for a marketing leader that also thrives on quantitative analysis and measurement. 

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create a brand voice 
  • Convey our value and brand across various stages of the sales funnel including writing copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Create content that exemplifies our value to clients
  • Work closely with sales to A/B test campaigns 
  • Partner with Product to A/B test customer marketing campaigns

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Proven, demonstrable background creating brand voice relative to a market segment
  • Ability to write and create compelling content across multiple channels: email, text, graphics, website, ad copy
  • Familiarity with analysis for AB testing campaigns
  • Complete ownership of driving results measured against KPIs throughout the sales funnel
  • Consistent, ongoing maintenance and creation of tools that enable sales cadences as the market changes

Here’s what experience we’re looking for:

  • 5-7 years marketing experience in B2B SaaS 
  • 2-3 years managing individual contributors
  • Fluent in HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms, with experience in developing campaigns and AB testing them relative to given segments
  • Proficient in making data-backed decisions and using data to ask and answer questions that move business forward
  • Salesforce Experience
